I thought it was interesting to see how human lives could become so devalued for the progress of industrialization. The characters literally live in a "heartless" world. This film opened my eyes to the things I truly value. Thank you very much.

I was very impressed with this. First off, I must say how the visuals are excellent. They're very vivid and reminiscent of "Blade Runner" and "1984."

Second, Rodrigo Lopresti's performance is outstanding. As I read some of the other comments below, many neglected to mention his acting. I can see this guy being am A-list actor in no time if he continues doing what he does as well as he does it.

The ending was a bit harsh, but it worked. It continued in the tradition of science fiction and like all good sci-fi, you should be thinking about it long after the credits roll.

Amazing visuals, love the semi futuristic post apocalyptic feeling to the whole story, and how the father's desperation felt very real.

So pleased to see this getting the exposure and credit I think it deserves. Stumbled across it half a year ago and been telling people about it since. The way this director handles his audience is masterful in my opinion. At once slapping you round the eyes with his hulking, grimy vision of the future, whilst feeding your brain with human drama that feels so honest you forget you're in a film.

Watch, stare and nod with horror and recognition as Mr Jonkajtys shows us, without judgement, that we are essentially selfish creatures, but always capable of change.

Well done Judges.
A worthy winner.
